Restoring heat and hot water throughout Covid

2020 has been a strange year. With lockdowns, curfews and furlough, we have experienced times we never thought were imaginable. Yet despite its weirdness, one thing has remained constant, CHILL Gas Ltd.


Throwback to the first announcement by Boris Johnston that the UK were going into a national lockdown. Plumbing and heating engineers were quickly announced as essential workers in the COVID-19 pandemic and so the decision was made at CHILL Gas HQ that we would continue to provide plumbing and heating services for our customers throughout the pandemic.




From restoring heat, repairing gas and oil boilers to fixing hot water we did it all. We made sure that our customers maintained hot water and heat in their homes for them and their families all whilst learning and coming to terms with new forms of PPE to protect our staff.

9 months on and the onset of 2021 brings with it a whole new set of lockdown restrictions. We have grown and evolved during the pandemic however our dedication to our customers remains stronger than ever.
